Maintenance Contracts
We provide tailored maintenance contracts to suit our customers’ needs, from all inclusive contracts covering all emergency call outs and parts to preventative maintenance contracts that cover full services every 3 months.

Alarm Monitoring
An activation of the system will automatically notify the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) over the telephone line, by radio or using GSM or other communications facilities. The ARC will have specific instructions regarding what to do in such a situation - contact keyholders, the Gardai, an Alarm Response Service etc.Also Text messages sent to mobile phones from the alarm system are available for personal monitoring.

Keyholding
DNA Security’s alarm response service is an emergency call-out service that removes the need for the old fashioned keyholder. DNA becomes your No.1 keyholder. This is for businesses who wish to reduce risk to staff and make best use of their own resources.

Integrated Systems
DNA Security can integrate your security alarm with various security devices and systems for example, link with Access Control Systems, to signal if doors are held open or forced. A link with CCTV systems to send images from premises to mobile phone or email, Fire alarm systems can be integrated to signal to monitoring centre in case of fire activation. Your alarm can be used as a Building management System to switch on/off lights remotely, turn on/off heating, open or close blinds or curtains. Monitor wells in case of flooding or heavy plant machinery that cannot afford down time. You can take full control of your alarm system remotely via Text Message to your alarm,Dial in or Broadband connection.
